Fruit of the Moon

     Our fruit wines are the essence of Alsace wine. Wines that are light, fresh, eager to release their flavors… The balance between the fruity and the dry notes is a trademark of the Domain.

The food/wine pairings are endless, from simple dishes to haute cuisine.

The labels now boast bright colors, conveying good mood, daily. The intriguing touch on this label resides in the half moon, drawn in dotted line, only felt when the bottle is held in hand. 

Meaning of the colors for each vintage:

Pinot Noir - Rosé Pinot Noir

Red: Pinot Noir - Pinot Noir rosé.

Red is a strong color, synonym of power, strength, energy, passion and of course love! Red is warm and energetic, while also reassuring and caring, just like our Pinot Noir. 

Gewurztraminer

Orange =Ambition, enthusiasm, energy, action.

A Gewurztraminer carries optimism, open-mindedness, good mood and dynamism.

Muscat

Yellow =Synonym of optimism, joie-de-vivre, warmth and light.

Yellow really is a warm and stimulating hue. Just like Muscat, which shines its fruity taste. Muscat is the wine of movement. 

Sylvaner

Green = Source of optimism, hope, growth.

Green is a calming color, fresh and vivifying, just like our Sylvaner at the Domain. 

Riesling

blue = Synonym of trustworthiness, truth and tranquility. 

Blue is fresh and brings a sense of inner calm, and our Riesling shares all the traits of this color.  

Pinot Gris

Purple = Associated with a sense of mystery, spirituality, magic and elegance.

The color purple evokes a natural grace, a slight feminine touch. The color of softness and dream. Our pinot gris is born of this color, in its grape form, giving it a subtle rosé tint when tasted.
