OUR WINES AND ALSACIEN CREMANTS

     Our labels are showing their new colors and take us on a trip in the world of biodynamic. They now boast a textured feel, representing the various phases and esthetic changes of the moon. Touch and feel are essential in biodynamic, as it’s by being physically close to the vines that we create a connection and provide them with the resources they need. We wish for the person who will enjoy the finished product, to develop a relationship with the bottle, to better understand the wine in it and enjoy it, just as we enjoy our vineyard and its fruits, daily.

Every year, siblings David and Sarah team up to create « Haute Couture » collections, which means elaborating wines of high quality, matching the season and the vintages, to give the consumer a unique experience. David is a creator, who works hand in hand with Mother Nature and the weather. The final decision is a family one, to create harmony in the wines produced for the year’s “Cuvées”.

We have organized our wines into 5 categories:

-      Fruits de Lune – Fruits of the Moon

-      Terre de Sensations – Land of Feelings

-      Esprit des Bulles – Bubbly Spirit

-      Cuvées en Folie – Vintages of Folly
