Land of Feelings

     The word « terroir » takes on its full meaning in this category. Terroirs, local lands, with particular geographical specificities, selected to give the wines their personalities.

The vinification process happens slowly, and the wine is bottled at the most opportune moment, when it has reached the peak of its qualities. Often it will only be sold two or three years after it was harvested, to give it time to mature. These wines will keep for up to 15 years.

We are particularly mindful of preserving the richness of all the geological and climatic characteristics of our Terroirs.

The pastel colors, with their lightness, are perfect to express the complex vinification process and their magnificent diversity of our wines. A drawing of the moon, or the Earth (however you look at it) is raised, textured, to convey the level of aromas reached by the wine. It is at the height of its maturity.
